100 Cleft Portraits

This project has been in process since March 2021. It is a beautiful synergy between my lived experiences as the mum of a beautiful child born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and my creative ambition love and drive.

 

The project is on one hand a mother celebrating the beauty of difference and all that entails in a modern world; inspiring her child to see their uniqueness as the super power she sees it. 

 

On the other hand it is a statement to encourage conversation and positive connection between all of us. We are after all, all walking this of life collectively.

Each portrait reflects the energy and spirit of the person and can be felt by those who view it.
